  • Do you accept checks?
    Yes, we do accept checks but over the phone, so call us at 281.397.3971 or 888-366-3199, to place your order using check payment.
  • How about returns?
    Yes, you can return almost anything you purchase from TotalWallcovering Inc. with a few exceptions like opened rolls or partially used rolls. Under some conditions, a restocking fee will apply and you must first obtain a return authorization in order to get proper credit for your return. You will need to call or send a request to sales@decormail.com. to obtain a return authorization.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, with a very low minimum to qualify. You get free ground shipping on any order over $149.00. We do, however, charge a small packaging and handling fee which is applied to every order under $300.00, above it orders get free ground shipping and handling. In addition to this we also have Wallpaper Deals beyond our already low prices in the form of Coupons from time to time on our Wallpaper Stores.
  • Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?
    Yes we do ship to Canada besides Continental U.S. Our online store is set up to handle Canadian orders differently with Canadian Postal Codes. We welcome Canadian customers. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS wherever possible. We try to establish a reasonable value to minimize VAT fees.
  • Are you a genuine and credible store?
    This is the first question which cross mind when shopping online on an e-commerce site. Please be informed and assured that we have been in business for over 20 years now, with two retail outlets and a number of online stores. We know what customers want and expect; after all, we are customers too and we know how they like to be treated.
  • Do you use original pattern numbers?
    Yes, we use the same pattern number as used by the manufacturer. We do not employ any deceptive/non-standard SKU convention, enabling you to lookup the genuine standard products on our site. This also provides for openness to compare online and you will always find us on top.
  • Are you competitive?
    Competitiveness and Customer Satisfaction are two values which we hold very dear to us. We ensure that you get products at a very reasonable price and conduct surveys online to that effect. Should you find any product not priced the best, please feel free get in touch with us. In addition, given a satisfying customer service follow through, you will always find yourself a happy customer with us.
  • Do you offer Wallpaper Samples?
    Yes we do offer samples and at a very low price of $6.99. If you order only samples from us, they even ship for free.
    Samples could take upto 14 days to ship.
  • What are your business hours?
    We can be reached by phone ( 888-366-3199) Monday through Saturday 10:00AM to 6:00PM Central Time (CST). You can always contact us via email: sales@decormail.com 24/7. In most cases we will get back to you the same day.
  • Do you carry all brands?
    Yes, we do carry all brands including some slow sellers and hard to find ones. We do not display all brands on the site, however. We also carry many designer and European wallcoverings. If you have a pattern number, please give us a call at 888-366-3199. Better yet, just send us an email at sales@decormail.com.
  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    We accept all major cards: American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
  • Do you immediately charge the card upon order submission?
    Absolutely not! We only charge the card when the order is shipped out. If we are unable to fulfil an order completely and you are willing to wait for the back order, we only charge for the portion actually shipped. The back order amount is only charged when the items become in-stock and get shipped.
  • Do you secure our personal information?
    We respect and guard your privacy and take standard measures to that effect.
  • Is your site safe?
    We make your shopping as safe as it can be. We employ Extended Validation SSL (Secure Socket Layer) PK Certificates on our major online outlets and standard one on others, besides using Crytographic techniques meeting industry standards. It does not end here, we are always upgrading ourselves!
  • Do you have Designer Wallcovering or Designer Books?
    Yes, we have all Designer Books and Designer Wallcovering. In order to honor our manufacturers' guidelines as and where applicable, we do not display them on our site. In order to get a free quote, all you need to do is send us your pattern number and quantity to sales@decormail.com. We shall turn-around as quick as possible with stock availability and price quote.
  • Do you ship lamps?
    Some lamps we are able to ship, but those usually require some assembly. Others we are not usually able to and they are on the site for our local customers primarily.
  • Do you ship framed art?
    Some iron or metal scrolls can be shipped, where as for others, by the time you pay for the packaging and shipping it would not be a value to you.
